Compliance Assist! Service Information

1. What is included in the price?
   Compliance Assist! is an all inclusive package. This includes all training and technical support, customization and upgrades, hosting and developing as well as copying the site onto DVDs for you as part of your contract. There are no additional fees for anything.
2. How much technical support is provided?
   Our skilled developers are always available to assist you during our business hours, 8:30 – 6, Eastern Time. During the time of your offsite review, we are available for your reviewers continuously.
3. Can Compliance Assist! be customized to meet your school's needs?
   Yes. Compliance Assist! is a basic template. We can almost always comply with any customization requests.
4. Does Dataliant host the site?
   Dataliant hosts the site in a highly secured datacenter and makes daily backups, ensuring 100% security of your information.
5. How are the training sessions conducted?
   We provide two 2-hour training sessions that are conducted remotely. Your team will be in a computer lab while our developers guide you through the site on a conference call, answering any questions you have.

Compliance Assist! - Accreditation

1. What happens to the site after final reaccreditation?
   We burn you a DVD copy of the entire site for you to have as a backup. We can keep the site online according to your contract.
2. If SACS changes one of their requirements, does Dataliant update it?
   Yes. The requirements in the Compliance Assist! template are always up to date.
3. Is there a limit to the number of users that can be on Compliance Assist! at one time?
   There is no limit.
4. How can you control which user has access to what information?
   The site administrator sets up logins for all users. The security is at a granular level, down to the requirements. Thus, you establish how much access every user will get to every requirement and to the faculty and course credentials.
5. Can Compliance Assist! import information from other databases the school is using?
   Yes. Whether it’s Blackboard or Banner, we can use an export of all of your course and faculty information and import it right into Compliance Assist! saving you much time and trouble.
6. Is the only way to view the self study online?
   No. After you are done importing content into your Compliance Assist! site, we provide you with CD/DVD copies for you and for your reviewers of the entire site. This acts as a great back up for your school as well as an alternative to going online. Also, Compliance Assist! has a print report function to print your entire document and all of the attachments.
7. How does my SACS review team see my self-study?
   You create a login for all of your reviewers. Once you are ready for your offsite review, you give the reviewers the login information and they can sign in from wherever they are to view the content. They can also access the site from the CD or DVD copy.
8. Do the reviewers make their judgments right into the site?
   No. Compliance Assist! is used to present the information to the reviewers. It is not a communication tool between you. They view your submission online and make their judgments using accreditation protocol.
9. When do most people purchase Compliance Assist! - Accreditation?
   Most schools purchase the product in between two and five years before their final reaccreditation year and maintain it until their reaccreditation/accreditation is final. Many schools want to have Compliance Assist! running continually to update requirements and faculty content, making the process much easier for the next reaccreditation round. This can also be arranged for a yearly fee.
10. How long does it take after we sign up to get the site up and running?
    Customizing your site can take as little as two weeks.
